Hello My Name Is...
Mrs. Jessica Short
I am a graduate of Latta High School and Franics Marion Univeristy. I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and I am earning my Master's degree from Walden University. I was the 2009-2010 Teacher of the Year at Latta Elementary School. This year will be my fifth year teaching at Latta Elementary School. I am married, and I enjoy spending time with my family. Helping children learn is my passion, and I am excited about this school year.

Assessments…
Spelling, Grammar, Reading, Math,
Science, Social Studies
Spelling and Grammar assessments are administered on Thursdays.
Reading, Math 4 Today, and Cold Text assessments are administered on Fridays.
Math, Science, and Social Studies assessments will be announced via planners and the calendar. These assessments will be administered after a chapter is completed.
