Hello, I am very excited about this upcoming school year. I have been teaching in the Latta School District for 31 years and every year is a new adventure! I have taught first grade, third grade, multi-age, and this is my third year in fifth grade. I am married to Johnny Hayes and I have two children, Trey and Courtney.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! The next four weeks will be very busy for everyone. We will finish up our second unit in reading in two weeks and then review for our end of unit test. Please continue to encourage your child to do their very best.
